How to Keep Shining When Your Star Is Flickering

Have a wonderful day Diane!” to herself, and comes home at the end of a stressful day, drained and drinks in this message. She goes out of town for a mini-vacation in Ojai, California every six months.  She works out at least three times a week. After a heavy week, she sometimes takes three baths on a Saturday – whatever it takes.
