YES and NO

In my book “Royal You-ness” which is in the creation process, I talk about the “yes to life”, while what also comes up for me in quiet morning time in bed, after reading it aloud for a recording, is my no, and I may write about it. I have looked askance at the no and have been afraid of it, but I feel to share it. My no is comfortable hiding, comfortable not doing change. Comfortable not stepping out into dreams I have e.g. for teaching dance or traveling to Italy. Is happy to live in mediocrity half dead and half alive (hard to write this!!!!!).
