Bridge from Guilt to Compassion

You must learn to see the world anew.”     – Albert Einstein   The “Bridge from Guilt to Compassion” is an expressive arts exercise that can be used to lighten up guilt(!) and “see the world anew.”  Guilt often re-circulates in the head, and causes pain that does not serve you or me, or anyone.
