How I Discovered Joy Through Shame

  “Think yourself a puny form when within you the universe is folded.”                quoted in “The Seven Valleys and The Four Valleys” by Baha’u’llah Yogi Bhajan, a yogi I studied with in the 70’s, used to say that if you want to learn something, teach about it.  I was intrigued by the idea of looking back at your life and mining the joy you felt at different ages.
